4. Location Data & Tracking
Location data is fundamental to the functionality of our logistics platform. We collect this data in the
following ways:

Shipper App: We use your device's location to assist in selecting precise Pickup and
Drop-off addresses via Google Maps integration. This ensures accurate routing and prevents manual
entry errors.

Driver App: To provide real-time visibility, the Driver App requires GPS
services to be enabled. This allows us to track the shipment in transit, provide live updates to
the Shipper, and verify successful delivery.
Background Tracking: For active shipments, the Driver App may collect location data in the
background to maintain a continuous tracking signal. This is essential for the security of the goods and the
accuracy of delivery timelines.
You can enable or disable location permissions through your device settings. However, please note that disabling
GPS on the Driver App will prevent the system from tracking shipments and may interfere with the fulfillment of
logistics services.
5. Payment Security
All payments are processed via Razorpay’s secure payment gateway. We do not store credit card details, debit
card details,
CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Please review Razorpay’s privacy policy to understand how Razorpay
handles payment data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.

- Delivery partners and logistics providers for shipment fulfillment
- Payment processors like Razorpay for payment completion and verification
